CONSTRUCTION MONITORING
Associated Engineers provides reliable customer-specific field monitoring for a variety of engineering projects including earthwork, foundations, landfills, building construction, concrete placement and asphalt pavement construction. AEI provides engineering consultation to contractors and owners during design, construction and/or rehabilitation of structures and pavements. We also offer consultation services for existing forensic investigations and other geotechnical related issues. AEI’s services also include proxy-monitoring services for architects, owners and developers that cannot perform constant site monitoring or reporting.
AEI’s Construction Monitoring services include, but are not limited to:
Site Monitoring:
- General description of the project progress compared to contract schedule
